Can I change the photos later?
You can check the design and approve it before placing the order. Photos cannot be changed later.
What if the quality of the photos that I upload is not good?
The design will be checked by our artists before it goes into production. If we feel, the photos are not suitable for printing, we will contact you and ask you to provide better photos.
What do you mean by "Good Photo"?
Normally a photo taken from a digital camera is good. Technically, we need photos of 200 dpi in resolution. A good photo would be roughly 400-500 kb in size. So, any file bigger than this should be fine. But sometimes even a photo from a digital camera may be blur. Our team will review the photos and we will not print any photo that is not upto the mark - so don't worry about it.
Is it possible to get the photos checked from your team before placing the order?
Sure. If you are not certain about the photo quality, you can send them to email@example.com and our team will go through it and let you know if they are OK for this product.
Can I get a bigger frame for the canvas?
Yes, we can print the canvas in bigger size as well. Please drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements or talk to our customer care and we will help you out with it.
Is it possible to change this pre-defined template?

Exchange and Warranty
In case the product delivered to you is damaged, we will immediately replace it with a new one. No questions asked. Just drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirement or contact our customer care and we will assist you with it.
